Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time from our facility to the destination address is as follows:

• Germany: 2–3 business days*

• Europe (EU): 2–8 business days*

*Please note that delivery times do not include customs clearance and potential customs delays. Delays may also occur during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or Valentine’s Day.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on all orders of €80 or more within Germany and the EU.

Shipping is carried out using a shipping service provider selected by us.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Order processing and packing begin immediately after the order is received.
